City of London

Leaves - Leaves are collected by the city street department between the
third week in October and Thanksgiving, unless leaves are still
on the trees and then collection time will be extended.

Brush - London has a roll off container located at the transfer facility for brush. Residents may put their brush in the container at no charge or
they can call the street department for pick up at no charge.

Limbs & Branches - Limbs and branches need to be tied in bundles no longer than 4 feet. These may be put into the container at the transfer facility or call the street department for pick up at no charge.

West Jefferson

Leaves - Leaves are collected by the village street department between the

Limbs should be tied in bundles no longer than 4 feet.
These should be put on the curb for the weekly trash pick up.

Plain City

Grass & Leaves - Grass & leaves are collected by the village street department.
They must be placed in either a bio-degradable paper “yard waste” bag or
a trash can designated “Yard Waste Only” not exceeding 50 pounds in weight.

Limbs & Branches - Limbs and branches should be tied in small bundles no longer than 4 feet.
These should be put on the curb for pick up.

Christmas Trees - Christmas trees will be collected seasonally as part of the yard waste program and composted. Christmas trees need to be free of any wrapping or decoration in order to be collected.

Biodegradable paper yard waste bags are available at local hardware and grocery stores.
They are a multi-layered craft paper bag, which will hold 30 gallons of yard waste.
A trash can may be designated “yard waste only” and must be used solely for that purpose.
Yard Waste stickers are available at the Plain City Water Office.
Any yard waste that is not prepared in one of the acceptable containers or
is mixed with general waste will be stickered and left at curbside.
Waste Management of Ohio will not collect any refuse that is mixed with yard waste.

Leaves - Residents may puts leaves in cans, boxes or bags for the regular weekly trash pick up.

Limbs & Brush  - Brush may be put contained in a cans, boxes or bags
for the regular weekly trash pick up.
Limbs need to be tied in bundles no longer than 4 feet and
put out for the weekly trash pick up.
