Each year the NCO Solid Waste District reports to Ohio EPA on the implementation of its solid waste management plan. The NCO Solid Waste District Policy Committee reviews the implementation of the solid waste plan as well and reports back to the NCO Solid Waste District Board of Directors on its evaluation of the solid waste plan implementation.
