The North Central Ohio Solid Waste District(District) Draft is establishing a 30-day written comment period (Friday, January 29, 2010 until Saturday, February 27, 2010) on the draft solid waste management plan (Ohio Revised Code Section 3734.55). The District has prepared a draft solid waste management plan as required by Section 3734.54 of Ohio Revised Code. The draft plan is available as a PDF at the following link.
